1. Order Processing
Once you place an order, our team works to get it ready for dispatch.
- Standard Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and ready for shipping within 2–3 business days.
- Rush Orders: If you have selected an expedited option (where available), orders placed before 9 AM may be processed for same-day fulfillment.
2. Delivery Timelines
Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected.
- Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days after processing.
- Remote Locations: For pin codes not serviced by standard couriers, we ship via India Post. Delivery in these cases may take 3–15 working days.
Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors like weather conditions or courier delays.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location.
- Prepaid Orders: Standard shipping rates apply.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): A fixed handling charge of ₹40 is applied to all COD orders.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.
- You can use this link to track your package in real-time.
- Note for Remote Areas: Orders shipped via India Post may have limited tracking updates available.
5. Undelivered Items (RTO)
If a package is undeliverable, it will be returned to us (Return to Origin). This usually happens due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address.
- Customer not available to receive the package.
- Refusal to accept the delivery.
- Failure to pay the COD amount (if applicable).
To avoid this, please ensure your address and contact details are accurate when placing an order.
