At Renstore.in, we ensure that every order is printed specially for you. Because each item is custom-made upon order, our return policy is slightly different from standard e-commerce stores. Please read the details below carefully.
1. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is misprinted, damaged, or defective, we will happily offer a free replacement or a full refund.
- Timeframe: You must report the issue within 3 days of delivery.
- Proof Required: To process a claim, we require an unboxing video and clear photos showing the defect and the original packaging.
- Resolution: Once verified, we will ship a replacement free of charge or issue a refund to your original payment method.
2. Size Exchanges & Fit Issues
Since every product is printed on demand specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size mismatches.
- We highly recommend reviewing our Size Chart carefully before placing an order.
- Note: A standard measurement tolerance of ±0.5 inches is acceptable in the garment industry and is not considered a defect.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed for printing.
- Once the status changes to “Processing” or “Shipped,” we cannot cancel the order.
4. Undelivered Items (RTO)
If a package is returned to us because the customer was unavailable, provided an incorrect address, or refused delivery:
- We will attempt to contact you to arrange re-shipping.
- Re-shipping charges may apply if the error was on the customer’s end.
5. Color Discrepancies
Please note that print colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen due to different monitor settings and the nature of DTG (Direct-to-Garment) printing. Slight color variations are considered normal and are not eligible for refunds.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return for a damaged item, please email our support team at contact@renstore.in with:
- Your Order ID.
- The unboxing video and photos of the defect.
- A brief description of the issue.
